  Our subscription service delivers your selected fragrances on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize automatic billing until you cancel. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Billing is securely handled through Dialog Axiata's tokenization service — Unbox Ceylon does not store full card details.

• 7. Shipping and Delivery

  Orders are processed promptly and shipped to the address provided. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays or loss once the product is handed over to the courier.

• 8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

  We do not accept returns, but if a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days with photographic evidence.

  Subscription cancellations must be made prior to the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
